Ewan trained as a pharmacist and has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.

Working in roles of increasing responsibility across the UK, Europe, Asia and Australasia, Ewan has a wealth of knowledge in coaching, developing strategy and leading teams to deliver outstanding results; aligned with robust commercial, regulatory and pricing and market access experience across multiple countries and continents.

Having worked in both large pharma and small biotech businesses with vastly different operating models, corporate cultures, and portfolios, Ewan has invaluable experiences leading people and teams through significant change and transformation with an open, authentic, collaborative and respectful leadership style.

Ewan set up his own coaching practice in 2019 to continue do more of what he was passionate about in his corporate career – developing people to thrive. He helps people at all levels and has expanded into a variety of industries outside of Healthcare.
